A collaboration between renowned architect Peter Israel of PTI Architecture and Collette Dinnigan, Golf House is the pinnacle of elegance and luxury in an urban environment.

For decades, the site was home to The Golf House, a Sydney institution with its neon sign becoming a cultural landmark piece now forming part of a collection at Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum.

Each of the 45 residences feature floor to ceiling window panelling and doors opening onto spacious balconies, many with city views, allowing natural light from north and west facing aspects to stream through.

In a show of urban renewal, Golf House is transforming this untouched Surry Hills address with innovative architectural design and premium ground floor retail space.
