We laboured over the details that take an apartment from just being a space, to being a home full of warmth and character. The copper detailing on the facade will have a strong, bold presence but it’s the layout and flow of the residences that capture the natural light and the city views that create the joy we want this building to provide.

The Team

Collette Dinnigan
Lead Interior Designer

The visionary behind the luxe interiors of each apartment is Collette Dinnigan, one of Australia’s most celebrated fashion designers. Her eye for detail and style is evoked through the timelessness and elegance of each space that she has carefully curated.

Having achieved great success in the high-end fashion world, Collette turned her eye for design to interiors and has worked on projects including Bannisters by the Sea at Mollymook, the Beach House at Palm Beach and Milton Surf & Stables.

Collette has brought her signature style and ethos for fresh, elegant and functional interior spaces to Golf House.

‘Luxury and efficiency has been considered in each space, with a great deal of time having gone into each aspect to ensure each area is easy to use and truly feels like a home.’

– Collette Dinnigan

Peter Israel
Principal Architect, PTI Architecture

Principal Architect Peter Israel and his passionate team at PTI Architecture specialise in designing and creating contemporary homes. Peter has brought his innovative architectural vision to life with these residences, creating a truly remarkable building with character, style and integrity.

Meticulous thought and planning has gone into the design of the building with the simple geometry and symmetry speaking to a life that is simple and uncluttered. The beautifully rounded corners of the building relate to the idea of having a life that is smooth and without sharpness.

‘A home is a source of great joy, of stability and peace and this is I feel vital to have in our modern frenetic world.’

– Peter Israel
